Boy Scouts of America, Webster City Troop 17
I am currently the Assistant Scoutmaster for Webster City Troop 17. I am also a committe member for the troop. I attend the monthly committee meetings and roundtable meetings. I have Youth Protection Training done. I encourage the scouts with their learning about different aspects of merit badges and use the EDGE (Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable) method for assisting them in techniques taught and shown to them. I also assist on outings, adventures, and camping trips throughout the year. I have also taught merit badge courses to the Scouts at times and helped with different aspects of learning techniques when needed.
