A behavioral scientist, he researched bias and decision making for 7 years as a professor at the Ohio State University and 8 years as a Lecturer at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he got his PhD. He published over 30 peer-reviewed pieces in academic venues such as Behavior and Social Issues and Journal of Social and Political Psychology.
