My journey as an OR Travel Nurse has been fueled by a passion for providing excellent patient care. In collaboration with surgical teams, we've improved operating room efficiency and patient outcomes, embodying the highest standards of perioperative nursing. Transitioning from home-based staff RN to Travel OR Nursing across the country, my focus has been on honing the specialized skills required for inpatient & outpatient procedures, reviewing patient records, and ensuring accurate patient documentation and procedural documentation for accurate billing codes. Different teams from different hospitals' efforts have consistently resulted in seamless surgical experiences, underscoring my commitment to advancing healthcare delivery through expertise and empathy. I have over 30 years of nursing experience, including General Surgery, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology, Plastic, Gastrointestinal, Dental, Pain Management, Oncology, Trauma, Arthroscopy, Laparoscopy, and Charge Nursing. I'm currently pursuing my MSN in Education to strengthen my background in education further.
